McGraw Consulting LLC: Brian McGraw is a Mechanical Design Engineer and is a co-inventor for the high-density plate washer patent.  His personal design experience includes: plastic component design, thermal analysis, designs of temperature measurement devices and cost improvements utilizing various materials and manufacturing processes. He has been involved in the development of Consumer products, Defense Electronic products and for the past 17 years Medical Diagnostic products. At Abbot Laboratories, he was responsible for the definition and development of all mechanical aspects of a proprietary DNA detection analyzer. More recently Brian designed and developed automated instrumentation and reagents used by Pathologists in the diagnosis of cancer as Vice-President of Engineering for Ventana Medical Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ: VMSI). He is an inventor on 5 US patents: 4,960,219, 5,232,664, 6,093,574, 6,192,945 and 6,416713.
